Multi-page documents like reports, papers, and proposals need page numbers so the order doesn't get jumbled after printing, and so you can easily point people to a specific page in a meeting. But re-adding numbers to a finished PDF usually means reopening the original editing software — a hassle. This tool stamps page numbers straight onto an already-finished PDF.
You can place the number in one of 6 spots — left, center, or right at the top or bottom — and choose from 4 display formats: '1', '1 / 10', '- 1 -', and 'Page 1'. You also set the start number and font size (8–24pt) yourself. By setting the cover to 0 or adjusting the start number, you can have the body begin at exactly the number you want.
It's especially handy for assigning continuous numbering across several documents combined into one, or for marking the order of materials you'll bind after printing. Everything runs inside your browser, so your files never leave your device.

When It's Useful
Reports for submission
Add numbers in the '1 / 10' format to review or evaluation reports so the length is clear at a glance and missing pages are easy to spot.
Printed & bound materials
Put a bottom-center number on training handouts or meeting minutes you'll print and bind, to prevent collation mix-ups.
Unified numbering for combined documents
After merging several PDFs, apply continuous numbering across the whole thing so it reads like one unified volume.
Body numbering without the cover
Set the cover to 0 or adjust the start number so the body starts at 1 from its first page.
Tips
- If you don't want a number on the cover, use 'Extract Pages' to separate the cover, number only the body, and merge them back.
- For print documents, bottom-center or bottom-right is the most common choice.
- The '1 / 10' format also shows the total length, which suits reports well.
- Font size adjusts between 8 and 24pt; 10–12pt strikes a good balance for small documents.
- For double-sided print materials, the left/right sides alternate, so center alignment is the safe bet.
- On documents with almost no margin, the number can sit close to the body text, so check the position in advance.
FAQ
Will the number text appear in Korean?
Numbers are shown as digits and English (e.g., Page). A standard font is used for reliable compatibility.
Where can I place the number?
You can choose from 6 spots: top left, center, and right, and bottom left, center, and right.
Which formats are supported?
Four formats are available: '1', '1 / 10', '- 1 -', and 'Page 1'.
Can I skip numbering on specific pages?
Numbers go on every page uniformly. To exclude the cover and such, split the file, apply numbers to the body only, and merge again.
How do I skip the cover and start the body at 1?
Just adjust the start number. Note that the number itself goes on every page, so if you need the cover excluded, split it off and work on the rest.
Won't it overlap existing content?
It's placed in the margin area. That said, on documents with almost no margin it can sit close to the body, so adjust the position.
How large can the font go?
You can adjust it from 8pt up to 24pt with the slider.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed 100% in your browser.
